Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment has been successfully processed and we issue an order confirmation.

We may reject or cancel an order before fulfilment when reasonably necessary, including where:

• Payment has not been authorised.
• The order information is incomplete or inaccurate.
• We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity.
• There is an obvious pricing, description, or technical error.

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method.

Products are intended for personal use unless we approve a commercial or wholesale purchase in writing.

4 . Prices and Payment

Unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates dirhams (AED).

Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and other mandatory fees will be displayed where relevant before the customer completes checkout.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods available on our website. Delivery charges are paid during checkout. We do not offer cash payment for delivery charges unless expressly stated by us.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted with your order.

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions and may be amended or withdrawn as permitted by law.

5 . Cancellation

You may request cancellation before the order is fulfilled.

Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead be handled under our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation if fulfilment has already been completed.

6 . Shipping and Delivery

We offer the delivery options displayed at checkout, which may include standard and express delivery.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and may be affected by the delivery address, courier availability, public holidays, customs procedures, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
